FOLEY, AL — Baldwin Health announced today the appointment of seasoned financial advisor and coastal Alabama civic leader Patrick W. Bussey III to its board of trustees. Bussey serves as president of Bussey Capital Management LLC, a privately owned boutique investment firm providing personalized wealth management. "I am truly excited to welcome Patrick Bussey to our board of trustees," said Frances Holk-Jones, chairman of the board at Baldwin Health. "Patrick’s deep roots in South Baldwin County, combined with his sharp financial acumen and longstanding dedication to public service, make him an extraordinary addition to our leadership team. We are thrilled to have his energy and perspective at the table as Baldwin Health continues to expand access, invest in modern facilities and deliver exceptional care to our rapidly growing region."
A long-time community advocate, Bussey has built deep local connections across South Baldwin County. Raised in the area and a graduate of Foley High School, he has dedicated years of leadership to regional civic and business organizations. He currently serves on the board of directors of the Alabama Insurance Underwriting Association (AIUA). Previously, he served on the board of directors of the Gulf United Metro Business Organization (GUMBO) for 15 years, including two years as chairman. His past leadership also includes serving as chairman of the board for the United Way of Baldwin County and as an appointed member of the Baldwin County Judicial Selection Commission for over a decade. He has also served on the boards of the Coastal Alabama Business Chamber, Habitat for Humanity in Baldwin County, and the South Baldwin Chamber Foundation.
Bussey graduated from the University of Alabama with a degree in investment management and finance and a minor in economics. He was recognized as one of Mobile Bay Magazine’s "Top 40 Under 40" in 2011 and is an alumnus of the Alabama Leadership Initiative. He resides on Ono Island in Orange Beach with his wife, Amanda, and their son, Finn.
