FOLEY, Ala. — Baldwin Health has earned four 2025 Women’s Choice Awards, ranking among the nation’s best hospitals for patient safety, heart care, emergency care and knee and hip replacement.
“Being able to help women find the best health care available is what drives us,” said Kathi Waldhof, program administrator and account executive of the Women’s Choice Award. “Women often see online reviews that skew negative, but our award relies on rigorous clinical data, patient safety metrics and patient recommendations, information that can truly guide families in making informed decisions about their care.”
The Women’s Choice Awards for Best Hospital is a national credential that identifies hospitals based on clinical performance, patient satisfaction and appropriate accreditations. About the Women’s Choice Award
The Women’s Choice Award was founded in 2011 after CEO Delia Passi experienced a series of misdiagnoses during her breast cancer journey and recognized the need for women to have access to trusted, data-driven healthcare recommendations. The organization’s mission is to help women find the best healthcare by combining objective clinical performance data from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) with HCAHPS patient satisfaction scores and relevant accreditations. Today, the Women’s Choice Award recognizes hospitals across 20+ award categories, making it the only national list that blends both patient experience and clinical excellence. The Women’s Choice Award also verifies Best Doctors and Dentists. All qualifying hospitals meet rigorous eligibility standards, and only the top-performing facilities & providers earn the designation, which serves as a trusted third-party referral source for women and their families nationwide.
